Ha, the dreadmill...that is my new official name for it!! I was wondering if you could give me a little advice. I am a walker and newbie at running. I have a 5 miler to run in 3 months. I am nervous about running because my left knee aches a little during and also after the run but it's always okay the next day. Should I push it? Should I wear a brace just in case? I'm worried about going too far and injuring myself.
